SAMBAL PECEL


We are Indonesian, our country is rich in spices, especially chili that can be processed into various kinds of sambal. Incomplete when eating without any sambal on the table. here we will present various kinds of sambal that usually accompany the Indonesian people eat and hopefully can be an inspiration for readers for cooking reference and try at home and hopefully can make the inspiration for you come to Indonesia especially visiting my house.

here I want to give you one of my favorite sambal that is sambal pecel.


The ingredients are:
Ingredients
250 grams of peanut
250 grams of red sugar
50 grams of asam Java
50 grams of garlic
2 medium size kencur
1 once chili
3 pieces of orange leaf
1 tablespoon sugar
Step
Fry Peanut, then delicate/bland it
Fried seasoning spices one by one.
Then delicate/bland it
Mix the nuts with spices that have been mashed.
Mix and Blend red sugar, orange leaves and tamarind into one with spice seasoning earlier.
Sambal pecel traditional Indonesian ready to be enjoyed.
Serving method:
Dilute the pecel sauce using plain water
Serve with boiled vegetables

It’s More delicious when eaten with crackers.
